At Grand Online Store, we understand that circumstances may change after an order is placed. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, cancellation requests are handled according to the production status of the order.

Order Cancellation Before Production

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production has started.

Production includes activities such as:

• Design preparation
• Digitizing
• Material selection
• Fabric cutting
• Embroidery setup
• Printing
• Stitching

If production has not yet begun, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation After Production Begins

Once production has started, customized products cannot normally be cancelled because materials, labor, and production resources have already been committed to your order.

Depending on the production stage, we may:

• Decline the cancellation request, or
• Approve a partial refund after deducting applicable production costs, material costs, payment processing fees, and other non-recoverable expenses.

Customized Products

Orders containing personalized information, including but not limited to:

• Names
• Titles
• Numbers
• Logos
• Embroidery
• Artwork
• Custom colors
• Special sizing

cannot normally be cancelled after production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting their order.

Changes to Existing Orders

If production has not yet started, customers may request changes to:

• Size
• Color
• Personalization
• Shipping address

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes.

Once production has begun, modifications may no longer be possible or may require additional charges.

Shipping Address Changes

Customers should contact us immediately if a shipping address needs to be updated.

If an order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Additional carrier charges may apply if address corrections are possible.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customers should refer to our Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy if they experience any issue after delivery.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before production begins, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although the time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
