Shipping, Returns & Exchange

Production Time & Shipping Policy:

  • Regular & stock items will be at your doorstep within 4 to 6 working days.
  • Tailor made custom designed & sizing items may take about 20 to 25 working days to complete.
  • Postage times may vary according to your location but generally you can expect delivery between 4 to 5 working days.
  • We will provide you the airway bill/tracking number to let you get updated about your shipment.
  • We must need  full detail like full name, number & address with postal code for shipping to use for DHL, FedEx courier companies.

 Exchange & Return Policy:

  • Only Defected regular stock item will be entertained for return & exchange.
  • You have to return the defective item within 3 days after receiving.
  • We required photo/pictures of the defects by email at info@grandonlinestore.com prior to returns & exchange.
  • The items being returned must be in new condition i.e with all tags and packing, used item will not be accepted or exchange.
  • Return policy does not apply in case of wrong sizes given by you.
  • Return & Exchange policy does not apply for Tailor made sizing & custom designed products.
  • in case of Returns or Exchange buyer have to pay all shipping and handling expenses.
